Kirsti-Anna's background is in primary education and she has extensive professional and personal experience of using creativity and carefully designed curriculum to help children find themselves and their purpose in life, particularly those with complex needs. Currently the executive deputy head teacher of four small schools, Kirsti is a passionate advocate of inclusive education and leads the mental health and wellbeing strategy for a large academy trust.
